Terms + Conditions

The choosing of a photographer is an important decision and I understand there are many photographers so I thank you for choosing me. By doing so you have shown a keen interest in my photographic style's and understand that this industry as a whole can still be very subjective to the eye of the beholder. Every shoot is different and requires variance.  I will do my best to deliver a discussed or undisclosed amount of fully edited photo's in a timely manner. I will not provide RAW or unedited images to clients for any reason unless it is otherwise noted in a contract. My edited photo's are a representation of my brand and I can not allow my brand to be misrepresented in such fashion: editing is part of my process and I was hired to execute that process. I will release rights to my client's photo's once contracts are paid in full. Once received via download or jump drive, please do not re-touch, remove water marks, or alter any image in public domain.
